Innovations are the key factor for business service centres. Nowadays, modern business services belong to the most dynamically developing Polish business sectors. It is owing to novel solutions that the business centres operating in Poland can launch increasingly advanced tasks, deal in complex processes and increase their effectiveness. The wide resonance to the invitation to the competition is all the more positive, said Piotr Dziwok, President of ABSL.

As in the previous year, awards went to both major and minor business services centres. Therefore, each competition category envisaged Tigers: companies with smaller number of employees operating less than five years on the Polish market , and Lions: the biggest players in their respective sectors.
